mdl7 Terms & Conditions and Rules
This page sets out the important rules, service terms, and obligations that every player must know when using this platform.
These terms apply to all of mdl7's website, mobile platform, and related services. By accessing and using the platform, players are considered to have read and accepted these terms, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
1 General Terms
1.1 Purpose of the Service
mdl7 is an online gaming platform designed for players in Myanmar. The platform provides players with access to online games, and this service must be used for lawful purposes only.
1.2 Changes to the Service
mdl7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. If players continue to use the platform after updated terms have been published on the website, they are considered to have accepted the changes.
2 Account Registration and Requirements
2.1 Age Restriction
mdl7 may only be used by players aged 21+. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to register an account, make deposits, or play on the platform. Players must provide their correct name and date of birth during registration. If false information is found, the account may be closed.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may only open one account at mdl7. Opening more than one account by a single person — even under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is considered multi-accounting and violates this policy. Funds in such accounts may be confiscated.
2.3 Accuracy of Personal Information
Players must provide accurate personal information (name, phone number, payment details) and must notify the support team immediately if any details change. Accounts with incorrect information may not be permitted to withdraw funds.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods
Deposit methods available at mdl7 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.
3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount for any payment method: 20,000 Ks
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, no processing time can be guaranteed — delays may occur due to banking and payment provider issues.
3.4 Deposit / Withdrawal Name Match
Players must use the same name on their mdl7 account and their payment method. Depositing using another person's payment method is not allowed.
4 Welcome Bonus and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
The mdl7 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
To be able to withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. That means —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 20,000 Ks → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement 20,000 × 20 = 400,000 Ks
- Deposit 220,000 Ks → bonus 100,000 Ks → balance 320,000 Ks → wagering requirement 100,000 × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
4.3 Bonus Restrictions
- The bonus can only be claimed once — creating a second account to claim it again will result in the claim being cancelled.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between players.
- If bonus abuse through outside methods is detected, the bonus may be voided.
- All promotions are subject to mdl7's discretion and may change at any time.
5 VIP Levels and Cashback
mdl7 has three VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — which you can move up through based on your weekly wagering amount.
- Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week
To receive cashback, players must be active during that week. Cashback funds may be free from bonus wagering requirements — contact the support team for full details.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited at mdl7. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Using software or bots to play automatically
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes — including hacking the game client
- Involvement in money laundering
- Finding and exploiting platform vulnerabilities without our knowledge
- Accessing or threatening other players' accounts
- Participating in match-fixing
- Requesting a chargeback from a bank or payment provider to reverse a payment
7 Account Closure and Suspension
7.1 Self-Exclusion by the Player
Players may temporarily or permanently close their mdl7 account at their own request. To do so, contact the support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
7.2 Cases Where We May Close an Account
mdl7 may close an account at any time if we determine that these terms have been violated, money laundering is suspected, or the account is being used unfairly. Deposits and withdrawals may be suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
8 Security and Privacy
mdl7 protects players' personal and financial information using SSL encryption technology. You can read the full details on how players' personal data is collected, stored, and used, as well as players' rights, in our Privacy Policy.
Players must not share their mdl7 account login credentials or password with anyone, and must not leave themselves logged in on public computers without signing out. We will never ask players for their login credentials by phone or email.

10 Limitation of Liability
mdl7 is a gaming service provider and cannot be held responsible for players' losses. The risks associated with gambling rest entirely with the player. The platform cannot be held liable for losses caused by internet disconnections, unresumable game sessions, or technical issues on the player's side.
The outcome of each game is generated by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. mdl7 has no advance knowledge of any outcome and cannot intervene in game results.

12 Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding our services, the player must first contact the mdl7 support team and attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If the matter cannot be resolved within 30 days of raising the request, the player may then seek external options. mdl7's decisions are generally final and cannot be reversed.
